By accessing our website and/or purchasing goods from us, you use our "Services" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies mentioned herein and/or provided via hyperlinks. These Terms apply to all users of this website, including but not limited to visitors, suppliers, customers, merchants, and/or content contributors.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not access this website or use any of the Services.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms
You represent that you have reached the legal age of adulthood in your state or province of residence, or that you have consented to your minor dependents' use of this website.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.

We are not responsible if the information on this website is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for decision-making.

We may modify or terminate the Service without notice. We are not responsible for modifications, price changes, service suspensions, or terminations.

Section 5 – Products or Services
The availability of some products may be limited.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our refund policy.

We strive to show colors and pictures accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on the equipment.

We may restrict sales to specific individuals, regions, or jurisdictions.

We may discontinue the sale of certain products at any time.

Section 6 – Freight and Delivery Terms
Most heavy equipment is transported by freight carriers.

The customer is responsible for unloading upon delivery. Forklift, skid steer loader, or loading platform services may be required.

For smaller shipments (excluding car lifts), delivery with a liftgate may be available for an additional fee.

Any reshipment costs incurred due to failure to complete delivery for any reason are the responsibility of the customer.

All goods must be inspected upon delivery before the Bill of Lading is signed. Claims regarding damage or shortage of goods must be submitted within 48 hours.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of contract.

Section 7 – Backorders and Availability
Some items may be backordered.

If an item is out of stock, the restocking time is determined by the manufacturer.

We will provide the estimated restocking date via email after purchase or upon customer request.

If delivery time is critical to you, we recommend contacting us before placing an order.

Orders cancelled due to backorders will be treated as regular cancellations and will be subject to the same 3% handling fee.

Section 8 – Order Cancellation and Refund

Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund available.

Within 24 hours of placing the order but before shipment: Orders can be cancelled, but a non-refundable 3% handling fee will be deducted to cover bank/credit card charges.

After shipment: The order will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for shipping costs and a restocking fee (up to 20%, depending on the supplier).

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time: 5–10 business days (credit card), maximum 48 hours (PayPal).

Section 9 – Returns and Restocking Fees
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A restocking fee (typically 15%–20%) charged by the supplier will apply.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Section 10 – Supplier-Specific Policies
Some brands (including but not limited to Katool, AMGO, Tuxedo, and Atlas) have specific policies regarding shipping, order cancellation, and returns. By purchasing such items, you agree to these supplier terms and vxyeyz's terms. In the event of a conflict between the two, the supplier's policy shall prevail.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and certain financing options.
